[ACT II] safe haven, drowners?

In the Safe Haven quest, you are supposed to take a boat to a swamp and kill drowners, apparently.The quest says I am supposed to take the boat, the tracking feature is directing me to the boat, but there is no way to enter or use the boat, it is just sitting there by the pier with no way to click on it or anything. There is no one or nothing around there.Is this another bug, or is the game just directing me to the wrong place? It's not uncommon that the tracking feature sends you somewhere pointless.

You need to talk to the ferryman. He is wandering at the pier at the dike or he is hiding for the rain.

You should go on the pier and find the ferryman in the noon. If you go in the night you won't find anyone. Viceversa when you are in the swamp and you need to go back to Vizima, you'll find the guy all day and night long.cheers
