[ACT III] Where is the Swordsman in the Trade Quarter?

I looked on the map, but I can not find him. Is there a particular time that he is available? I understand that I con convince him to place a runestone in my sword.

There are two: Order Blacksmith (on the road leading to cementary) and Dwarven Blacksmith (in nonhuman quaters). Depending who you sigted with in previous chapter either one or the other will deal with you.

Yep. He'll take a sapphire, which is the one of the cheapest gems. I foolishly gave him a diamond.
