Act V if i'm right and it depends which side you have chosen in the acts before.I don't know if the italian version is censored. My version, dutch, isn't censored.

Shani isn't a nurse, but a medic.And you can even dive twice on her.

SPOJLERIf you are neutral - you do not help People and you do not help Scoia'tael - In the Vth act you will have to escort few nurses to the hospital in The Old Wyzima. After finishing that quest - I mean after escorting the nurses and escorting Shani to the druids - you can get back to the hospital and go upstairs. Nurses will be waiting there for you SPOJLER
