So that you can have a drink, watch TV or interact with some objects. The romance with River seems unfinished. The family does not have its own daily routine, everyone stands in one place statically. Even simple NPCs on the street have more actions than the family you were accepted into. Now you come to their house and realize that there is simply no life after the quest. It's very sad. Besides, they haven't even delivered new texts with the River yet. Why was the best Cyberpunk character deprived? 
Please CD PROJEKT make sure that River and his family at least do something in their home! It breaks the immersion.
