Additional Clothing Pieces and Gang affiliations

+
I'm curious why some of the clothing from the game isn't wearable by V (male or female) like the boots that the Tyger Claw Blitzers and Techies wear (I've seen random generic netrunners with them on too). So why can't we wear them? Also the Pants they wear... why can't we have those even minus the logos...?

And if it's a matter of gang exclusively, why not make it where you can officially join the an existing gang in the game and as you rank up you get different pieces?

I by no means think or believe I'm the first person to bring this up, but I couldn't find the posts. I'm relatively new to the game and am genuinely curious about an otherwise great game. Does anyone know? Or is this planned for a future update?

V uses a different model and meshes than NPC's. Thus any clothing that NPC's wear has to be remade from scratch in order to allow them to fit on V.

Anything that isn't available, is purely down to resource constraints. They were simply not able to create every NPC clothing item for players to use on their V.

Joining a gang doesn't make sense for V's story. Plus doing so would require a lot of work to make it feasible and even more work to make it fit into the gameplay.

It's a potential avenue for future titles, but not for Cyberpunk 2077.
