Sydicate is a lot of fun, but lets be honest - as much of a blast as the coin mechanic is, there needs to be some adjustment.
I think you should spend more thought on stacking, vs spending your coins: imo the coin calculation is the fun and difficult part that improves the SY gameplay so much.
to do that, i have 3 simple ideas:
1: Insanity cards no longer have a FEE, that means you can only use this effect if you do not possess any coins.
Insanity does NOT have a cooldown.
example of a "balanced card:"
Whoresons Freakshow: 6 strenght, 7 provision; Insanity 1: dmg self and a unit by one. NO cooldown.
Igor the Hook: Tribute X: Spend all your coins and summon a copy of a bronze unit with X strenght.
Insanity 5: copy a bronze unit.
2: Add a cooldown to FEE - and as a result:
3: Add more TRIBUTE effects as the main way to spend hoarded coins.
examples of "balanced cards":
Witch Hunter Executioner: FEE: give bleeding to a unit for one turn. if it has a bounty, dmg it by 1.
Tribute 5: Dmg a unit with bounty by its base power.
Borsodi Brothers: Same ability, plus Tribute 5: dmg/boost a unit by 4.
Coerced Blacksmith: FEE 1: Boost an ally by 1. Tribute 4: Boost an ally by 3.
Grand inquisiter Helveed: keep ability; Tribute 7: spawn 3 Firesworn Zealot (that way you can spend 9 coins and gain 4)
Eternal Fire Disciple: stays the same, already has this cooldown! (this gave me the idea)
4: nerv KoB leader a bit, because with all the tributes, he is bound to be op
thanks for your time!
