Adrenaline bar no longer going down after mod uninstall

I used to have the Market Price Mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher2/mods/67) installed, but I removed it because it made it too easy to make money. I know that it did what it did by modifying ability and item config XML files. I reverted the files per the instructions bundled with the mod, but after doing so, my adrenaline bar no longer drained down when outside combat. I deleted game files and totally re-downloaded, but the problem with adrenaline still persists. Is it actually normal for adrenaline not to go down?

Not sure about vanilla, but my experience with FCR which I used exclusively is that it only emptied at a few level transitions or when the stored adrenaline was 'used' for the special attack. (I tried to keep it maxed as it added a permanent damage boost while active, which was more useful than a 'once off' kill.... and kept the kill option as a reserve for 'direst emergencies').

Are you sure the mod got uninstalled correctly? You can compare files checksums with the stock installation.

Yeah, I thought that was the issue, which is why I did the full reinstall from Steam.
