They specifically said they are weaving intimacy into the story. So those scenes will be relevant. They'll advance the plot in some shape or form. CDprojekt will, would have to create parallel nudity-free scenes with the same goals in mind.
And those scenes are not going to write, direct and execute themselves.
Again, what are you prepared to sacrifice in order for some players to be able to opt out of nude scenes?

They can hit the ESCAPE key to avoid relationship encounters or they can stay away from the prostitutes. They have the choices and are in control of their experience. If they are playing this game in front of their Grandmother well they really don't care about her anyway. Pffft...

Both TW1 and TW2 are clearly marked as M games, with description of mature content - violence, use of drugs, sex and nudity, etc. So why not to read the damn label and choose accordingly??? If some people are all right with hanging scenes, massacre scenes, beheading, impalement, but freak out seeing naked breasts, it is their personal problem, and they should choose their entertainment carefully. The rest of us, who are quite all right with mature content (not ADULT content, mind you, ADULT marks pornography, and we have none in TW1-2), shouldn't be getting censored versions, and developers shouldn't cut something out, or do any extra work just because of such pretty damn inconsistent demands. Oh, by the way, is OP aware that the only mandatory sex scene is in the very beginning with Triss, and the rest are optional, and he can always say 'no'? Nobody makes us to have sex and see sex scenes in the game after Prologue.
