Power 4 provision cost 10.

Ok why this card is legendary and it costs 800 (1600 premium) scraps.

Roach had same 4 power ( 3 with new patch) and same 10 provision cost and yet he is epic card cost 200 (800 premium) scraps.

Also its easier to summon Roach who needs just one gold while Aelirenn needs 5 elves to come on board.

I think this cards needs to be epic not legendary.

First of all, which cards are epic, and which legandary is independant of card strength. For example, Commanders Horn is a 14 provision epic card.
Also, Aelirenn has a power of 5, not 4. So Aelirenn offers even more value compared to Roach.

And you can stack both cards for even more thinning (although Aelirenn doesn't summon Roach).

Aelirenn has 5 strength and cost 9 ( Shooman's to the sea)

aelirenn is stronger than roach, that's probably why it s considered a legendary. still, with how generous cdpr is i dont mind having more legendaries
