After 1.04 Patch Game Crashes when load other location with fast travel or previous save

After last 1.04 patch on two different hardware's i7 2700k, R9295X2 and Phenom 955, HD6950.
I see crashes only when game start load other location or previous save even on same location.


Don't have this problem before 1.04 (more than 70h ingame time).

I definitely have experienced this, though with a few tweaks, I was able to Fast Travel to White Orchard and back to get my horse armor DLC. The game started hitching after that, so I saved and exited the game; started it up again and it was good. The game does not like reloading areas very much. Once it loads an area, that's it. Also with saved games - if I died and reloaded rather than simply exiting the game and coming back in that way, crash.
