While i agree with this, the Witcher 3 isn´t designed like Skyrim, meaning it´s not a sandbox you can hang out forever. Despite it´s open world element, it´s still more story driven with a clear narrative. For me the game was done after i finished all quests.
Having said that, i might add that after i was done i felt like i just broke up a relationship, i was terrible sad lol The last time i felt like this was when i was done with the Baldurs Gate saga. That moment you realize "it´s over....and i don´t want it to be over". Though, it was easier with BG because i think it wrapped it up better *shakes fist at CDPR, a better romance end damnit!*
