After you buy the other cars

Has anybody noticed this after you buy the last two cars under other that this dot is still remaining once you come back to the Auto Fixer ? I don't know if its just me or if anybody else has noticed this.

My guess would be that either:

1.) They may be keeping it active to alleviate future bugs if they add more vehicles at some point.

or

2.) There's a car out there you may not have found yet...
