Alchemy/Herbalist Locations **Mild Spoilers Maybe**

Doubtful there will be any plot spoilers here. Looking more for locations which might contain minor spoilers. You have been warned...


I am missing several tiers of several oils. I only have basic elementa, ogre. 2nd lvl hangman's oil etc. Is there a good place to buy all of these up? I thought I read somewhere there was a guy near Oxenfurt who sold a lot of oil recipes. Any help would be appreciated.
I am nearing the final boss fight(s) and want to at least make sure I am using the best oil on my blade at least.

Northeast of Oxenfurt there's a herbalist.
Southeast part of Novigrad is another good one.

Almost all of the upgrades for alchemy you find unfortunately.
