All guns in my Stash have 0's for stats

All of the guns in my Stash have 0 for all of their stats.

APS, power etc.

Is this normal, some kind of penalty for storing guns, or yet another bug?

once you removed them from the stash, they return to normal.

This is a game feature. Every weapon put into your stash has a gun safety lock installed on it, thus reducing it's possible damage to 0, since it cannot be used until unlocked by your personal digital signature. This makes sure that any kids or untrained gun users don't hurt themselves.

Once you remove the weapon from your stash you will remove the safety lock and be able to see the possible damage of the gun.
