All my Gwent cards disappeared when I started NG+

All my Gwent cards disappeared when I started NG+

Was this intentional or a bug? I wanted to finish the quest Collect them all on my play through in NG+.

It's just the way NG+ works. You have to collect all of your cards back from the scratch. I personally find that much easier, as at first I didn't know that you can win cards from regular merchants and didn't care about buying all of the cards from innkeepers etc. only those that I needed. Good luck completing the achievement
