Allow skipping of StoryBoards

The storyboard's art and audio is wonderful , and while there are mods that disable it , a skip feature would be more preferable
if we've seen it enough or we are on a next play through.

Four years after the release of a single player game I wouldn‘t expect changes. It’s best to stick with the mod if you need this feature.
