Always have to manually load blacksmith in Novigrad?

Anyone else find that every merchant they visit is either at their spot during their work hours or not - but the blacksmith in Novigrad just south of Heirarch Square you always, always have to meditate 1 hour (the minimum) to get him to appear?

Run to his stall during work hours, he is never, ever there. But meditate at the spot for minimum duration and he always appears. It's like for just this one merchant I've found, game world never loads him unless you run to his spot and meditate - no matter what the hour.

Same here. He's never on duty unless I meditate first. Very annoying when you don't want to use alcohol to replenish your stocks.

Yeah it's annoying. I just meditate for an hour and he's back from his loo break.

LOL - that's exactly why I found him to be an issue. I hate using alcohol unless I have to. Suppose during later stages no issue with plenty of loot and alcohol but still in early part of my current restart.
