I've done all the major side quests and my relationship with Johnny is at 60%. When I try to activate the secret ending it doesn't happen. I read all the steps to make them happen and I did most of them. I may have done some of the dialog choices a little differently than I was supposed to though.
From what I read most guides say you need 70% to get it to activate. Is there anything I can do in my current playthrough to up my relationship % more? Or is it just not possible unless I start another playthough and do all the dialog choices exactly like they advise.
