Am I unlucky or NG+ is plagued with minor bugs?

Is it me, or NG+ is bugged much, much more than the standard game? Nothing big till now, mostly minor stuff, but still. Especially all those minor activities and places of interest (I've already noticed like 10 chests at bandit's camps/guarded treasures/hidden treasures, that I can't interact with to clear the place; in one case it has been marked as cleared just after being discovered). I'm still in Velen at lv 41 (just about to go to the Pellar's hut/go to find the witches), so I'm quite sure there will be more .

i encountered the same bugs, the chests on bandit camps, that i can't intereact with

I've been noticing the same thing. I'm not that far in NG+ either but so far I've encountered multiple guarded treasure locations that have a chest I can't interact with. Makes it impossible to clear out certain points of interest. Never had this problem going through the game originally.

Confurm. Kill bear in the forest of Velen. Cant get treasure out of the box.

Good to know I'm not the only one. Seems like the state of the world has not been reset properly for the new game plus and it needs some further investigation. I'm just curious whether such issue would not happen if those particular chests were not opened in the first playthrough (kind of hard to check now, as I've opened everything I could ).

It's not a big deal, but annoying as hell.

Same thing for me too. So far I have cleared about half of the POI in Velen and have encountered two chest which are unlootable.
