I'm running a 5950x mind u i don't have the best GPU though, i am running the 5700XT but still any other game i play don't have issues.
But i did narrow it down to the FPS and GPU issue its mainly my monitor its a 1440p at 165mhz but if i run it like that i get the GPU in the 90% range and FPS around the 40s, i cant leave it on 165mhz and run it 1080p because it has the same issue and visa versa.
But when i drop it to 1080p and 60mhz it does improve GPU 83% and FPS 60% but the graphic drop is visible, as for the CPU usage it's a little all over the place still.
But if i do want to actually fix the GPU % i need to go into the video options turn down the value setting to 23 that fixes the GPU then its around 60 to 70% but then my FPS is at 20+
But yea.. Cyberpunk isn't really set up for AMD from what i've seen.. It does need some serious performance fixes for sure.
