An annoying problem with running an old CZECH Wticher 1 Collector's edition
Hello everybody.
Some years ago, I bought a collector's edition of the original Witcher game. (The first game, yes, the first collection, yes). For more close description, the one with bestiary, manual, stories, amulet/necklace, T-shirt, map, poster, soundtrack, bonus disk of behind the scenes of making the game, and OF COURSE an ORIGINAL GAME DISC. I can't exactly remember the release date, was like 2008 or something? Not really sure.
Now to the actual problem. When I try to install the game, everything goes well and it's perfectly normal UNTIL I actually try to RUN the stupid game.
I have a 100% valid original licensed copy with even a valid product registration key and all and guess what? Mhmmmm I'm getting "Please insert the orignal DVD"! WHY!? Can anyone explain this nonsense to me?! I even tried switchig all the discs in case some miracle would happen and the game would actually start as it should but of course it DID NOT.
Now tell me isn't it fun to read such a thing when you're more than 100% sure you own the orignal? HELL YES! SO MUCH FUN IN THAT LINE! SO I've spent 3 days gooling, reading, searching, reinstalling, booting, whatever to find a solution and I came up completely empty in the end.
Hell I even tried to download one of them illegal crack .exe's that are supposed to make a pirated version work, and why, because I was desperate! I even called the technical support on their phones (the czech one) nobody picked it up and trust me I had quite the endurance and patience. Same goes for their technical support email. No response in 3 days, absolutely no acknowledgement at all, how nice!
Now please excuse me if this post looks a little harsh but seriously, put yourself into my possition for a while. I bought this damn game back when I wasn't even able to run it because my PC was very old. Now that I finally have a PC which can run better games (Which i got just about a month ago BTW) I find out t hat those 100 euros i spent on this game's collector edition were blown away! Like really? Just like that?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! I'm not gonna rest until this is solved and i get some compensation. If you want proof hell I'll send you photos, numerous with much different information or confirmation you may ask me of. I really just want to run this game.
So I'm kindly asking you, tech support team, for some answers, tips and help because like I've already stated (and probably not once) I am clueless as how to reslove this issue.

Intel Core I5-4200M 2.5 GHz / Turbo Boost 3.1 GHz (4CPU)
8GB DDR3 PC3 12800 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 750M 4GB
