Newly played greatsword (first card my opponent plays), I have nothing on table and he is playing with Second Wind / Tactical Advantage.

I Alzur's Thunder it and it goes down to 1 power.

Next turn my opponent plays Tactical Adantage on him and another card (not relevant).

Bug ? Exploit ? Am I missing something ?

So the opponent used the Order on TA and played a card from hand? That's the way it's supposed to go; cannot use Order without also playing a card.

You were probably playing Seasonal instead of Regular mode, that's why Greatsword was 6pts, you thundered and he got down to 1 pt.

On regular mode he would be 4pts.
