can't say for certainty this is true for every person, however south of where you buy the "gecko" vehicle, you'll find a large complex. it's part of Panam's side mission, but there's no reason you can't explore it before or after. in it i've found at least 5 unique uncommon crafting recipes. these recipes are great for everyone becuase if you craft them, there's a decent chance you'll get uncommon, rare and even epic quality even if like me, you only have 3 points into technical/crafting. this includes penetrator and armadillo mods. the reason i'm making a thread about it is cuz many have likely overlooked them, since they are white quality. just scour the place and you should find them all. off hand i can tell you i found my armadillo mod behind the door that takes 6 body to open
