An Eye for an Eye quest still bugged (1.05)
Hi,
I went to the hanged man's tree to meet roche and he is still not there. Is this fix not retroactive? If so, how do i fix this? Can i meet him on the way, is he stuck somewhere?
Please, i need this to do the other quests.

It seems i had to meet Dijkstra in passiflora (deadly plot quest) to unlock roche
