An Inconvenient Killer Bug?

Hi. I have completed the objective of the quest to kill Jack Mausser. Unfortunately, I had to wipe out all the guards. Regardless, the quest does not complete when you leave the club as you should. I have attempted replaying the quest from previous saves. Anyone else have this issue?

This could be a phone bug. Preserve save before gig. After completing this mission, try completing another mission or NCDP mission and see if you get a call after that.
