ANNOYING BUG on Little Red sidequest

OK, I've tried all the "guidelines" on this topic, posted by Dragonbird: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/63877-1-12-READ-THIS-FIRST-Any-unexpected-errors?p=1992064

I submitted a request to CDPR guidelines in early December, reporting the bug. Got an answer that they were aware the bug existed. And that they were investigating it. I'll post the e-mail here (there's also a description of the bug):

"Greetings,

Thank you for the feedback and your files. The dev team is aware of the issue and currently investigating the problem.

Problem description:
[Bug][Quest][NPC] At the end of the "Little Red" side quest, the ealdorman (or whatever he is referred to) just disappears after giving Geralt his reward. Literally vanishes. A friend of mine that's having the same bug, said it was introduced in 1.10 (said it wasn't present in 1.08.4) It's not a big deal, but it breaks immersion. Some dude uploaded a video to youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRRGscRtoME Will attach a "gamesaves.rar" archive with a "before" save and an "during" (not after) save, one with screenshot (both are checkpoints)."

Unfortunately, the video is not available anymore. But the bug is pretty straight forward. Anybody here can easily reproduce it. On a personal note, I'm utterly disappointed at the fact that, even (words from a representative) "the dev team being aware of the issue", you weren't able to fix the bug in the most recent patch (1.12), especially since the bug was introduced with patch 1.10. I'm also disappointed that I'm getting no other support, whatsoever. Will I have to create another support ticket? Will that be of any use, since you guys at CDPR already said you were aware of the bug?
From my point of view, CDPR had a really hard time into introducing a massive DLC (Hearts of Stone) and making it work with the rest of the main game. From patch 1.10 onward, it was only a big change of scripts and an introduction of several new bugs (at least from what I've read from other users). I'm sorry, I just wanna say that it makes me really less confident in buying the HoS expansion, but it also makes me unsure about buying another product from CDPR, ever again.

Hi, if it was reported in December it was probably too late to make it for this patch, so I'm afraid you'll probably need to wait until the next one.

1 + 1/2 month before the patch came out, and it was already too late? Well, OK... So what do you suggest? Maybe do another support ticket?

It was me who uploaded that video. I deleted because I've lost faith in the ability of CDPR to do anything about it. But since you have made a "ticket", I've uploaded 2 videos now. The original one, and a second, which shows a similar bug, if you try the other quest path.

It's easy to notice in the end of the 2nd video, that the bug is probably quest related, since the only NPC's that disappear are the "mob" (notice that the female peasant villager that is among the mob and Geralt doesn't vanish):
