I don't mind low resolutions, personally, but smaller screenshots don't rank as well in search engines. Bleh, it doesn't seem to have an HD mod, either. Guess its fate for now is to drown in the backlog.

Finished Ghost Trick earlier. Decatonkeil was totally right about the ending being convoluted. Great game overall, but that ending was badness in its purest form, every bit as awful as the notorious "it was a dream all along!" middle finger, and the two biggest mysteries of the game both proved to be serious letdowns. A writer better have gotten punched in the face for this.

I mean, it's kind of cute that it turned out that way, the story about "it" trying to protect "its master", to keep him from doing something wrong that would lead him to a miserable life of crime. It's also quite a clever twist that they did this thing where "it" thought that body was his, but I don't think it was told all that well. Not terribly bad as a concept, but terribly convoluted in its resolution. Too much in too little time.

Upscale them screenies.

It's an alright game. At first I though it could be one of my favourite P&Cs but then it went from realisic-ish with just a hint of fantasy, to a world that's completely disconnected from the real one. Kind of how I felt about certain chapters of 'The Witcher' books towards the end.

Also, everything that you would expect to happen in the story does indeed happen, and it seems that the writer(s) didn't think it's that predictable.

So I got Myst as one of my free games from pre-ordering TW3 on GOG. I heard this game is hard as all hell but I look forward to trying.

I am enjoying it a lot so far. I read all the unburnt books (made notes, didn't have to do that in a while) and managed to find my way onto that spaceship with the piano. That took a few good hours hehe.

I've bought a bunch of adventure games in the GOG sales that I've never played (nor am playing them now, too busy) but that I've always wanted or found intriguing:
- I have no mouth and I must scream.
- Sanitarium
- And Tales of Monkey Island.

Talking about GOG sales and Adventure Games, today the spotlight is for three Sam & Max Games made by Telltale for $9.47 and on a sidenote the three earlier Hitman games for $5.15.

I love the sam & max games they are always awesome. I hope Telltale go back and make Season 4 instead of continually beating TV licenses.

Today on GOG it's 4 classic Broken Sword titles for $5,56. That's 80% off. It includes the original and directors cut versions of the two first games plus Broken Sword 3 and 4.

God dammit, I'm saving my money for important things like paying anticipated bills. Don't do this to me :p

Weakling.

A -MAN- (Banana Augmented) would do what he wants and tell the bill collectors to step up if they didn't like it.

That's what a -MAN- would do.

They do! I love this paragraph from the corebook:

"Past 120 days, Internet scrambles a Solo team and starts looking for you. Collections ni the 21st Century is a rapidly expanding field, with exciting new developments in man portable weapons, brainwipe and behaviour adjustment through selective use of adversive pain therapy.

Just so you know."

Yeah it is more action adventure, just thought it was worth a mention. :3 Even though it's classified as action adventure, it's still my favorite adventure type game. Also speaking of point and click adventure games, anyone play the Broken Sword games? I've never really met anyone else who's played them but I remember really liking them when I was reeeeeeally small.
