Any chance of baby patch to FIX an issue 2.31 created???

From what I know, they are fully dedicated to Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2 at CDPR and completely done with 2077. I've brought it up in tech support and talked about this in other threads here, but it is super infuriating the LAST patch will be the last patch ever and it screwed something up that was PERFECT before in all prior patches. Tech support has told me others have brought this up, but never any responses like "we are working on it".

New players who've never done a throwing knife build don't know this because they didn't experience it's perfection before. Sandevistan ON, pull out knife/axe (don't already have it out) you press ADS button to pull back so you can throw it.... It was ALWAYS press ads button and immediately be able to throw it. After 2.31 there is now a delay. Falcon has 2-3 second delay, Apogee is 4-6 second delay. Completely took the fun out of throwing knives back to back while time is slowed, worse is this delay kills time in sandy because they both only last so long.

I do realize this specific issue may only impact players like me who are fast paced aggressive. I used to be able to kill 8+ enemies while sandy timer was active for either Falcon or Apogee. It completely ruined how awesome it was to throw them back to back to back. Sometimes I miss a headshot throw and have to pull out 2nd knife/axe and have to deal with this damn delay. That miss now equates to not being able to kill 3-4 more enemies while sandy timer active.

CDPR, can you PLEASE dedicate just one person to finding and fixing this and dropping a baby patch? You keep getting new players as deserved by how amazing this game is. But this was by far my favorite play style and the fun of it was ruined by this delay. It's hopeless to ask though right? This is how it'll be until the end of time :(

*I doubt I'll be attacked, but if anyone feels like yappin at me about skill - I zero gonks among the best of us non-netrunners. I've already smoked a Smasher run and 15 maxtacs in the badlands with throwing knife build and Chrome Compressor (I don't need time slows to kick ass at this game, they are just really fun to use). Apogee sandy is hella cinematic to me, and Falcon is just really fun - this delay ruins both.

I do not use mods, PC - steam, and I have PL.

If that change was intentional then I wouldn’t expect a fix. If it wasn’t intentional, then maybe there will be a solution one day.

Judging from many other huge games I don’t think this will be the last CP77 patch ever, but at this stage of the game it can take quite a long time until there is a new patch.

So yeah, I guess only time will tell if and when it will be addressed.

True, I know there are still some more bugs out there. I wouldn't say this is "game breaking", but the thing I brought up is a playstyle. Sandy + throwing knife combo ... so every single combat situation is affected by it, whereas it never was before. There are still the bugs out there that are small, but I get that they suck. Not trying to lessen the impact of others I personally don't care much about, but I am highlighting this particular bug (that wasn't there before), again, impacts every single combat situation you get in and not a bug that is a single situation thing. I also admitted most players aren't hyper aggressive and love challenging situations like me (so honestly, maybe a handful of players out there are upset at this like me). I discovered I love throwing knife + sandy combo at maybe patch 2.1 or so. It was amazing throwing back to back killing 8+ enemies before sandy timer ran out. But now, if you miss one throw, you're screwed on killing many more after the miss. Get all headshots and the delay isn't a problem with instant return after headshot kill. But miss one :( lol. To me this bug is in the category of "game breaking" but I don't define it as that because there are a TON of other options of playstyles, it just really sucks this one is one I love more than others and have to give it up. Point of my post was asking if there is "hope" it MIGHT be fixed ever. Seems like it wont :(
