Any mod or a way to give me all basic alchemy recipes?

Hi,

Like the title says, I would like to get all basic recipes right from the start. We are playing the legendary witcher after all, he wouldn't need to look for basic recipes in some peasant's pants. I recall that there was a mod that did that but I cannot find it now. And in case there is no mod, can I somehow do this through console or something? Base recipes for all potions, oils, petards and etc.

Unsurprisingly, witchers rarely finds recipes, basic or otherwise, in the trousers of peasants. . . .

Joking aside, a quick search on Nexus didn't turn up a mod which fits the bill, so it's over to the community for suggestions.

The name of this mod is really not helping with finding it. Should be called All Basic Recipes or something like that.
