Any official comment on apparent downgrade?

I am excited for the witcher 3 and it will undoubtedly be a great game. However, recent rumblings regarding pc graphical downgrades have me quite disappointed. The following link shows substantial downgrades to essentially all aspects of the gameworld and lighting. http://imgur.com/a/Xs0PA#2 The top screens are from footage taken at a live playthrough less than a year ago. Since then multiple CDProjekt Red spokespeople have explicitly stated that the game would not be downgraded on pc and would look like the footage released (not 2013 tech demos but gameplay from less than a year ago) on pc ultra settings. If the comparison posted is correct then that is obviously far from the truth. I am wondering if any mod or rep of cdprojekt red can either confirm that the comparison images are in fact representative of the final game on ultra and that a substantial downgrade has taken place or hopefully clarify that the comparison is not valid and the game actually looks like the build played for press last summer on pc.

In before the lock! Honestly, wait for the official release. Then we can talk about it with solid proof, since people still claim that the official release day has a patch.
