ANy way to disable that dirty screen effect?

Like the title says, absolutely hate those kind of effects.

What am i talking about? The smudges that appear every time you look a sun/moon rays that look like your screen requires some serious cleaning, also rain drops. Need an option to diable that pretty please.

Light shafts? Chromatic aberration? Bloom?

I like light shafts and bloom, chromatic aberration is disabled and it's not what's causing it.

I'm taking about this:

It's awful, and when it rains there are water dropplets all over your screen, way to kill immersion.

First I thought my screen had some dirt I hadn't notice before and wanted to clean it, but then I digged deeper. Strange effect to hardcode into the game and I wish we'd be able to turn it off as well.

Very annoying effect. It has been bugging me since the release of the game and I haven't found anything on how to disable it. I've been posting almost exclusively about it, and I know it also bothers a lot of players who frequent other forums.
While it isn't a glitch or anything of that nature and shouldn't be given the same level of attention, I would greatly appreciate a way to turn off that effect.
