Anybody have solution to too low difficulty?

The best thing you can do to avoid becoming totally OP too quickly is not pick up the tech tree, because stacking mods is the biggest source of totally broken stat bonuses.

Also anything that gives +50% crit chance is a game breaker.

Let me think for a minute about the OP builds and abilities in the game:

Hacking - can clear a building without ever firing a shot.
Tech Weapons - can kill enemies through walls (and the mob just stands there).
Power Weapons - one shot mobs and the mob standing next to them with the bounce.
Smart Weapons - smart sniper rifles are like Amazon delivering death free with Prime.
Crafting - makes legendary versions of all of the above.
Healing items are beyond plentiful, work near instantly, and can be carried in the hundreds.

It doesn't take a "highly skilled" player to break the game, just someone willing to use part of what the game gives them.

There really isn't a good solution to this - the game needs a serious rebalance, starting with the dumb as rocks AI and working from there. The fact that video exists of a player taking a '33333' build through what is supposed to be the most difficult mission in the game really says it all.

But can you do a 33333 build without taking damage on very hard? Some people just wanna have fun with the game with no stress. I want to be overpowered and I want the enemy to be dumb, that is why I get a Cyber Ware, to get the edge over the enemy. What is the point of levelling up if you cannot be overpowered in the end? In the end it does not even matter?

I think the easy solution is with mods, or just don't grind over the voodoo boys in Pacifica.

There isn't one. Game is way too easy once the initial "wtf" wears off.

Did one hack playthru on v. Hard as a hacker, one shotted everything. Doing my 2nd playthru as a solo and I'm mostly one shotting everything too.

My advice?
Just play on normal, game is the same no matter the difficulty and at least you will skip most of the bullret spongy enemies and just be a badass :)
