Where the new content is going to be added? Chapter 1, 2 or 3? Because I'm replaying now just got to the chapter 1 and I don't want to play too far so i can't play the new content.

Eh no, there is not only content added in the last chapter, in theory there are for example more cinematics along all the game, not only in chapter three if I'm not mistaken.

I really recomend to replay from scratch to make sure you miss the less content possible.

Hm. I strictly remember a majority of people saying the new content is in Chapter 3.
Ah well, I suppose they could be misinformed, including I.
Oh wait, you mean the cinematics? I didn't mean those. I meant extra content like the new characters and quests. Those were all in Chapter 3 in the New Elements trailer.

Well yes, I was talking about cinematics XD. But I read on other places that there was going to be some more quests on Chapter II but I guess is was just speculation.

This is from IGN The Witcher 2 wikis : "All of the enhanced edition's missions are side quests that occur in Act 2."
I think they have it wrong, because the developers have always said, that all the new quests are going to be in the 3rd Act
