Anyone else having password problems?

I've been playing since launch and don't think I've had to input my password more than twice, yet yesterday I was asked for it when I turned on my computer, it was rejected (I checked my typing carefully), so I reset it and was able to play. Now today I'm being asked again, so I put in the new password and it's being rejected.

What's the deal? Is this a result of the CDPR hack?

Will I have to change my password every time I play, and who am I actually giving it to at this point?

I've had the game since launch but have never been able to log into my account with them, even after just changing my password and even copying it directly from the browser.

Nothing works, how do I log in?

Edit: I can log into the site no problem, just not the game.
