Anyone else not seeing proper savings on GOG?

I own both Witcher 1 (EE) and Witcher 2 (EE) on Steam and GOG.
I am in the Galaxy Beta and I helped beta test Witcher the Adventure Game.

I was told, and read several places that previous owners of the Witcher 1 and 2 would get a loyalty discount
AND a 20% pre-order discount.
When going to GOG (logged into my account), the only reduction I get is the 20% pre-order for the BASE game.
The expansion has zero savings, and neither have a loyalty discount.
The bundle price for both shows no discount.

Base Game + Expansion (Added to basket separate) with 20% pre-order (only on base game) shows up in my basket as about $73.
Base Game + Expansion Bundle with NO savings shows up in my basket as $79.xx

Yes I checked my cart to see if there was a reduction done after adding to cart, no such luck.

So questions...
Where is the 20% Pre-order on the expansion?
Where is the loyalty bonus on either the base game or the expansion?
Why does the bundle not show any reduction?

Please help.

On Guru3d.com there is a discusion about a day 1 patch and in it the devs state the loyal owners of W1 and W2 can get Witcher 3 base game for $32 on GOG!
What? Where?

You got it wrong mate.
10% pre-order discount + 2*5% for each previous game = 20%

if you log out the GOG you'll see that pre-order discount is 10%.

What about the expanision? No discount there?
And the post on Guru3d.com from the Projekt Red team saying the game be bought for $32?

---------- Updated at 04:33 PM ----------

From here:
http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/witcher-3-devs-on-pc-pirates-day1-patch-4-everyone.html

It says:
"The game costs $32 on GOG.com. And for that $32 you get so much gaming content it will boggle your mind"

On the UK GOG site, there is also no discount for the Game + Expansion Pass bundle, just the Base Game. However you get a £6.20 credit off any future purchase, which I guess can be used for buying the Expansion Pass. Otherwise the base price is discounted 27% when you own TW1 and TW2 from £49.99 to £36.49.

Well something is off then, because on GOG US site it is only a 20% on base game and nothing else. Not 27%. No credit added or anything.

Try logging into your account, adding it to the cart and seeing if the discount is added at the checkout (before buying of course).

Lol, sorry. I'm not sure. Perhaps the discount has expired. Might be worth contacting customer support.
