Anyone have an issue on consoles where these black dots appear on the ground when driving?

its really annoying. CDPR should add this issue on their list. it gets worse when you drive at high speed, the textures just get messed up.

PS4 pro. on pc there probably isnt any issue. its like this weird flickering that happens.
