Anyway to keep item from penthouse after "Don't fear the reaper"? (spoilers)

In the nice apartment you get after "Don't fear the reaper" you pick up the bullet necklace, but then if you check inventory after you pick it up and it is not there!

LAME way to remove the item from the player compared to the other endings!

Is there NO way to keep that necklace after you finish the game?

I tried going to the apartment (via some sneaky parkour) BEFORE doing the "Don't fear the reaper" but the necklace is not there at that time.

You get that item early on when recovering in Vicks after Heist. It's also findable as a generic junk item.

There is a mod that adds the necklace and all the rest, but yeah... PC only sadly. Hopefully CDPR release DLC that brings more customization so console players can enjoy those as well.
