Anyway to unlock iPhone 6?

Found iPhone 6 plus few weeks ago never had time to check if its possible to unlock it. Its passcode protected. But I think this can be bypassed by doing DFU mode and installing fresh firmware. But I dunno how to unlock it (not jailbreak it)

Can't you determine the owner without unlocking? May be using some hardware ID?

to find the owner start with the obvious:

Most people don't realize that even if you have a passcode lock on your iPhone, you can bypass it to do things like place calls or send messages — unless of course they've disabled this functionality in Settings. However, it never hurts to grill Siri a bit. Here are some things you can try asking Siri by holding down the Home button from the Lock screen:

"Call home."
"Call mom."
"Call dad."
etc.

Other option look at the SIM card and deposit the phone at the carrier.

... Guys I ment sim free unlock not pass code. I want to use that phone with different phone provider overseas.

Ah, I thought you found the device somewhere in the street and want to return it to the owner. Sorry for the confusion.

In general, if the device is network locked it comes from some carrier. You can ask them to unlock it for you.
