Are elves and dwarves treated better in the south

Not sure about elves, but dwarves seem not so fond of the Nilfgaard.

"Elven prattle!" snarled Sheldon Skaggs. 'Dim-witted rubbish! It was the price that had to be paid to allow others to live decently, in peace, instead of leting Nilfgaard to chain, blind and put us under whip in salt and sulphur mines.

By the way, whatever one my say about Northern kings, slavery is outlawed there, contrary to Nilfgaard.
