Is it only me or these clothing mods are not working at all, i mean most of them.
I read online that the Dead eye legendary clothing mod apparently does nothing.
A lot of them don't stack together which might explain any lack of effect as well.
Also a lot of the actual perks in the skill trees don't work, which is annoying when we've tried to create a certain build based on specific perks.
