Are shirts supposed to show up underneath jackets?

Like the wolf school duo, if I have both equipped just the jacket is there, no shirt underneath it lmao

If I'm wearing a jacket with the sleeves cut off, the sleeves of the long sleeve shirt doesn't show up for me.

Yeah there are some shirts that show up underneath some jackets, it seems like the ones that are zipped up/closed up have no shirts underneath, which is odd. Like the padded military jacket has nothing under it but there's another one that I picked up where it's not zipped up and the shirt shows up fine under it. Peculiar.
