Are some gigs/police scan story locked?

I have completed every single activity availible on my map, but i am still lacking watson, pacifica, westbrook and Santa Domingo achievements. Storywise i completed the nomad line, waiting to start voodo line and met takemura once. So am i story-locked or did it just bug out?

I'm further in the main story than you, but I also have the same question.

Seeing as how I was able to clear more areas than you my guess is maybe? Lol.

Honestly the side quest pacing is a real issue in this game. They unlock areas, side quests, and fixers before you're even introduced to them.....and it all feels REALLY, REALLY off. Sometimes I've gone a little further into the story and unlocked more, sometimes I haven't....sometimes I'll randomly get calls, sometimes I won't get any when I need to....lol.

EXACTLY.

God I wish I could give you more likes for that. Lol.

Dude, I've sat here and reloaded saves, looked around areas, skipped time, etc. All because I didn't know what the hell was going on with quests.....and most of the time, they just seem to not load right? Like they don't actually take into account you skipped time or what have you, to get to the next part. Or they lag in realizing you did.

I've even had quests where I didn't finish an objective, it skipped it, made me proceed, but was still giving me GPS for the prior objective. So I had to go into my journal constantly and switch it. Lol.

One of the missions with Wakako, I couldn't talk to her because it's bugged and glitched. But you can skip that part of the quest by going into a shop and doing the next step. I found that randomly on some random site where someone else had the same issue too.

I have finished all light blue police activities on badlands and watson and no trophies on my ps4.

Are any of them hidden?

NCPDs are tied to street cred and possibly main story as everything seems to be hidden by stages of the main story rather than the Acts.

If your on the final mission Noctuna and have max street cred...bugged.
