Are starter leaders available for Arena?

Hey guys.

So far I've played 22 full runs of Arena. Not once I've seen a starter leader (Eredin, Filavandrel, Crach, Foltest, Emhyr) around even though they would be nice (apart from Fila). Not once have I been offered to choose them. So the question is as follows: has anyone seen them in Arena?

I think those leaders are disabled for Arena. So the next question is: why?

Been playing quite a bit of Arena now, and not once have I seen any of those five Leaders.
I can't imagine it being intentional, as it makes no sense, but I don't know...

Hmm, so I guess it's just Gaunter trying to get more victims challengers then; playing tricks on some but not all players.
