Are there any robots outside of missions and sidequests ?

Does anyone know a location or area where robots spawn/respawn (like gang members) but outside of mission or sidequests?

If you think about to farm robot for eletronic part . its not worth :0 .
there is no robot anyway . except you gonna farm max tac. but its rare chance to drop . and maxtac @ very hard mode.
some of them is immune and ignore defend

There are some big robots at the Arasaka Waterfront... you gotta drive your car along the wall and you'll see different groups of guards, each group having a big robot (robocop enemy style)

I have seen random robots drinking at the bar at Afterlife and another bar i cannot recall the name of. Also appears that they can also get drunk or maybe act drunk = how & why i have no idea...

Not enemies you can farm, but interesting & humorous NPC interactions XD.

Just looking for some to fight to but don't want to waste missions or sidequests.
