bloody golem and gargoyle made a mess for me

after wave 30 its become too easy to kill them!!!!!!!!!!
But i dnt invested in potion and oils....without them its easy to kill dem
i have upgraded silver and steel sword in ysigth rune and fire runes

This is nice tutorial but its outdated I believe. in 2.0 version of the game Quen and some other skills were nurfed.
Never tried Dark Mode.. still, pretty impressive videos.

The fights in the arena are extremely difficult. I'm stuck at the fourth battle with the scoia'tel on hard. Gonna try putting it on normal! How do you guys manage to will all those battles?

it depends on ur fighting style. dodging, hitting again dodging and hitting

in 2nd wave it become hard to fight in arena mode

I have a question for the Arena experts: does an uninterrupted combo result in multiplied damage? By this I mean, if you succeed in a slew of hits between multiple enemies, does your damage output increase as a result?

yeah in a split second damages r so high so u can die

What build? I beat this a mage,spamming igni and then rolling around after vigor is full again. Cheap,but dont see any other options at least on dark difficulty.

Take out the archers first.

Don't use Aard against the Eleven archers in wave 4. Never works.

I'm going with a magic build, but no idea how I'm supposed to Axii two foes at once or lay two Yyredn's at once, despite getting those upgrades.

It's basically patience and being able to seize opportunities when you see them. Spec right, don't get cocky, learn each units attack pattern, roll a lot and again, concentrate. You need to focus because all it takes is one strike from an enemy, and you'll probably be dead. I usually go for swordsmanship, a little bit in magic and two points in alchemy (for more health). That build has served my rather well. When you finally get past Round 30, it resets so you get to breathe a little. Use the tank guy, he's amazing, though be careful not to waste all your money on pointless rounds. This is why experience is crucial. Some rounds can be beaten without the tank, some rounds you could really use some help.

So yeah. Those are some tips. And again, concentrate. Patience. That's the most important attributes to keep in mind and employ when playing arena.
