I was at the part of the Heist where you need explosive firepower during the escape. First attempt to fire it froze the game and I had to hard reboot.
I updated my AMD Radeon drivers to latest version which had Cyberpunk optimizations mentioned, and now it only CTD's.
Ryzen 5, RX580 8GB VRAM 16GB RAM running at Medium settings.
Fortunately I found a different way to defeat that stage.
