hell yea and apex physics for cloth and nvidia hair works will be incredible. I want CDPR to simulate as much as they can with that tech, every little detail they possibly can to bring the world to life.

Ah, right. I thought it looked like Witcher, but it didn't look like Geralt's boots.

Wow. I like how they look like they have Witcher 1 and 2 armors combined and added some new stuff. To think we only had like 3 body armor things in TW 1 and people were 'okay' with that.

Funny, I feel exactly opposite. I HAAAAATED the hooded armors in TW2. I'd refused to put them on even when the stats were significantly better than the armor I was already wearing.

I didn't like W2 armors very much, only liked the imported Raven's armor, the 3 Dark were good, Dragonscale was fine and with good stats, the Draug looked good too and the Vran ( all these in no particular order of preference). I hated the hooded ones too. I'd prefer the hood on a piece of cloak, or optional. Most looked way too bulky, heavy and with weird colorations. :/ I usually end up using Raven, until I can afford Dragonscale, and use Dwarven or Diamond Reinforcements. I had similar issues with some steel swords, but that's another topic. :p

I am not impressed with the concepts here too, except the leather/chain armor from the trailer, which looks fine and seems both practical and logical for the character. On that note, aren't witchers supposed to wear only extreme light armor and not train in anything heavier or bulkier? That was the reason that Raven's armor was so remarkable in W1. It was unique because it was specifically crafted so that it would offer more protection than a simple layer of leather, but would leave the witcher able to move and fight as he was trained, without encumbering him. What's so important about that if a witcher can wear everything, from light to quite bulkier armors?

I am split on the hooded armors, I like some hoods, but not all hoods. For instance, I don't like the pony-tail stocking or whatever is on the back of the hoods in TW2. That weird little stocking-tail is a bit silly and elfish looking to me.

I also am not a fan of the armor that have books on them. Wearing a book on the outside of your clothing was always a bit weird to me. I much prefer pouches to books on my armor/clothing.

Yes... when you are swiming or walking on swamps, book on armor isn't good idea. It's very stupid idea.

Helmets please - I realize that it's massively anti lore - but considering all the witchers have major facial scars you'd have thought by now they'd have realized it's a good idea.

Those fanart armors look the same to me. Need more variation like sleeveless but hooded, heavy winter armor with fur, gladiotor style armor, chain mail armor in pure silver or black. It would be great if we could somehow customise, leave the set stats but redesign the look slightly.

Sometimes those first few armors you find look better then the best stat wise armors. Some of us just like plain look without shiny swag, some like to show of with gold mail and heavy plate for screenshots etc.

I like samurai style light wear without any bs on the top. first concept art is awesome hope they will make more like that.

Sure why not. We should get him a giant badass two handed sword so he could look like a big boy. Oh and changing face at the beggining would be great too. This is what this game needs. Geralt as a knight.

And I really hope that we get a winter style armour for Skellige. Or we can just add to the armour we're wearing different capes, with fur or with a hood, just like in the last two pics.
