Armorers and Blacksmiths do not sell armors and swords ( Lvl 59 ) anymore after Patch 1.05

Dear Devs
I need help concerning the newest patch 1.05
Nameley, now the armor merchants dont have any armor in stock, only crafting materials, shirts and doublets.
Same goes for blacksmiths, they only sell crafting materials and crossbows( wich are around level 30)
I myself am Level 59, i farmed tirelessly for that, and still find fitting armor and swords as loot, around my level ( 49-68 )
Also the swords and weapons one gets as quest rewards are fitting, for example, i got a level 66 "Winter's Blade" from Crach an Craite and a level 58 "Rose of Saerrawed" from Eskel after clearing the Kaer Morhen armory.
Previously, i noticed the variety at armor merchants had thinned out, for example, the one in Larvik only sold trousers and gauntlets then.
But now, at the same level (i did not level up since i checked that particular merchant), every equipment merchant has only crafting matrials, shirts, and crossbows at best (even the master armorer and blacksmith)
Could you please tell me what might be wrong ? I mean, i still find loot in these higher levels (even a level 69 "Wild Hunt Warrior Axe", wich was the highest level item i have encountered so far)
There are even videos on youtube where someone buys high-level equipment from the armorer in Kaer Trolde (e.g here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKfbaSPwfDM )
What might be the problem ?

I never saw any armor above 32, before patch 1.06, so i don't know which blacksmith/armorer you were going to.
would be nice to find armor/ weapons above 30, but as yet i haven't found any at all.

where exactly have you found them above lvl30? randomly? in side quests.?

I have only gear above level 50
And as i said, before the 1.05 patch i found an armorer on one of the Skellige isles (Larvik) that sold nilfgaardian guardian gauntlets around lvl 60 and fitting trousers, found no more armorers that sell stuff like that :/
Blacksmiths were a bit friendlier, had a big variety of swords to choose from lvl 45-65 , well, all before 1.05
And no, there are no quests that give you armor (except Eskel who gives you pretty good mountain folk boots if you beat him in the race to kaer morhen)
I had to find any other armor pieces randomly as loot (loot does level with you even beyond lvl 30)
I do recommend you go looking for monster lairs ( the chests do the trick ) And ALWAYS check underwater in caves
Well, normally, of what ive heard the armorers should level with you aswell, but... nya, didnt do that for me ;/ i dont know why

What level are you ? Because, from what ive gathered so far, loot will vary about +/- 15 or so, depending on your level
