Some one please tell me, in 1.5, what's the difference between a legendary hat and an epic hat? Or, what's the advantage of the legendary armors? I am sorry I can't see the point, maybe orange icon frame is more beautiful? What if blue or green is my favorite color?

Not tested yet, start from the beginning, but if I understand correctly, you can install mod version related to clothe version.
So legendary mods can only be installed on legendary clothes for example.
