Yeesh! You can't confirm quick saves at this late stage, MM360? I can't imagine completing TW1, or just about any RPG, without quick saves.

Hi. First thing's first : I love you guys ! I loved TW1 and when the second game was announced i was overwhelmed with joy :DQuestion 1: Is there a parry sistem built into the combat ? Because the block seems kind of easy to pull of. I would love to have some powerfull enemies in the game whos strikes you could not block but could however parry if you timed it right.Qestion 2: Is there a way to manually change the target you are attacking/focusing on ? I was thinking like having one button for switching targets towards the right side of the screen and and one towards the left side. This would give the games combat additional control.

Did not read the topic but i have a few concerns / questions:*can we remove the "red glow" completly or atleast have the option to reduce it with a bar.*can we bind keys to abilities without slowing down the game by opening the menu*Can we remove the quick time events?... For me they interrupt the flow of the combat for me.*So far from what we have seen the world world seem to be "small hallway leading to a small room with another hallway leading out of there. Are there any huge open areas to explore?*Will we get the option to read the entire script when selecting a choice when talking? I dont care about the "cinematic" experience... If i wished to have a cinematic experience i would watch a movie.*Any hints on the things being moved over from TW1?

@TheUnderking: AI is also being worked on among some other things.@Christian11 & @Corylea: Can't confirm or deny anything regarding voiceovers yet.@hmv: Yes, CDP Red is attending this event.@Killyox: Since you first 2 questions have been answered I will focus on 2 regarding DLC - We have no official plans as for now to release any DLC but we would love to at later time and if we do - it's going to be big.@Slimgrin: Neither can I, but there is some information I can confirm and some that I can't (yet) =)@Odinson: Yes, you will be able to parry - please keep in mind that these videos are not showing all assets of the game yet:)You manually change targets and pick which enemy you want to attack.

I presume you went there to promote the engine first and foremost but are any TW2 public presentations scheduled? Any chance for new footage/build?

Can we maneuver left or right in the boxing minigame, as we might in his regular combat?

What purpose will orens have in TW 2? Since you now can loot enemies and stack more items than before will we still have a purpose saving orens? For quests, books, better gear etc. The problem in the first game is that money quickly (after chapter 2 or so) becomes a waste. It feels more intruging if you are a bit broke and need to valuate what you want to buy rather than just buying everything head on.Also, I figure she won't be in the game but I'd really love it if Abigail made an entrance. She, the Vodyanoi and the Fisher King are the most charming apperances in TW 1.

Seeing the new trailers and screenshots, you guys are using DX11 right? The details on the scenarios, rocks on the forest more specifically made me think about tesselation.

There are sometimes dialog options based on your specialty (Sword, Sign, or Alchemy) but I haven't seen them mention any skills specific to speech yet.

Regarding pirouettes, it was confirmed earlier that pirouettes won't be in the game.I was wondering why is that? In the books Geralt did indeed do pirouettes and I was really pleased that it was implemented into TW1, what made you guys decide to get rid of pirouettes?

I wonder if we use hotkeys, will the radial menu appear? Technically, it would seem we don't need the radial menu with hotkey use.thanks again. It's good to hear pre-orders sound like they are going well! :)~edit

Hi!Will there be any substitute for the "roll"? On all the combat gameplay i saw Geralt was always rolling, is there a choice? I mean, Will Geralt also has a sidestep or jump sideways or any other evade move besides from the "roll".Thanks!Regards

This got me thinking..What do witchers do with the gold they make from killing monsters? I know they have need of food, drink all that kinda thing but I take it that they make a lot of cash as a whole group. So they didnt seem to fix up Kara Morin so are they like Conan that they work till they get a lot of coin then eat, drink and gamble it all away, then start again.

Are you happy with preorders around the world and on the GOG.com?How much people approximately preordered the game worldwide?I know you can't give us the exact number, just want to know if it's two or three digits number :) like 50k or 200k.

@topieraThere is a cross hair in the middle of the screen which is controlled by the mouse/camera in TW1. Basically, I was just asking if targeting worked like it did in the first game, and MM360 seemed to confirm that it did. I asked this because some games require you to highlight an enemy, and then click a button to lock onto that enemy. Thereafter every strike is automatically directed at that enemy. I think Devil May Cry worked this way. I prefer the targeting system of TW1.

I find this a little strange as i have asked a similar question and MM360 did not give a clear answer. Can someone clarify please as we are getting mixed up how an enemy selection is made?

I would also like to know the answer to this question. I know there are some very active fans on this forum that liked the old system but i don't think their judgment is fair. The truth is that the combat system held back a lot of people including myself. After thinking it trough i realize that the main issue is in the timing, the combo's...the system was very unforgiving and unappeasable. And i think the developers realized this issue too. Second the hard stance, fast stance and group style did not work at all. It think the developers did away with that too. Third: combat was to generic: developers are adding finishing moves and qte. Personally i do not understand the commotion that has risen about this qte. If it's fun, why not add it. The fact that the game can be played using a controller lets me think that you won't have to select an opponent as you did in the first game ( at least when using a controller) and frankly i think that might be a good thing. QUESTION: is the same as above. Can you confirm anything about the targeting system and is there a difference when using a mouse or a controller. Thank you very much.

@hmv: I'm pretty sure we will find out soon enough;)@slimgrin: No, it's QTE at its finest@Johan S: The whole economy has been revamped so collecting orens will make sense again:)@RyuGuitarFreak: Nope, no DX11, no tesselation either.@Goran.hr: Can't anwer this one.@JayShadow: We are not going to show you everything at once right?;P@Anathemic: We've decided to use a different combat system which has different mechanisms, hence lack of pirouettes.@slimgrin: I don't think so, it makes sense for the menu to not appear in that case.@m3dyo: Nobody will be forcing you to roll.@MichiGen1200: Well, let me put it this way - our expectations were exceeded by far:)@thomasverbeke: Hmm, I thought that my statement was quite clear. You mouse over an enemy and you start attacking them. You hit the opponent while clicking on him with your sword.
